In2itive Solutions was founded on a simple observation:


Many boutique hotels underperform not because of location, design, or demand, but because of structural blind spots in how the business is run.


Our perspective was shaped in an unusual way.


We entered the hospitality sector from outside the industry and took over operations at a boutique property on Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast. Within the first year, the hotel’s guest rating rose from 8.2 to 9.2, but the more important discovery came elsewhere.


The restaurant , long accepted as a financial drain, became the key to unlocking the property's profitability.


Once redesigned, it transformed from a cost center into a profit engine feeding the entire operation.
